What CBT exercises are available?
Nudge includes five proven CBT techniques: Catastrophic Thinking Challenge, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Exercise, Guided Breathing, Thought Challenging, and Cognitive Restructuring. Each exercise is designed to help reduce anxiety and provide clarity on your concerns.
How do I track my progress?
Nudge tracks your anxiety levels before and after each CBT session on a 1-10 scale. You can view your progress over time, see how many sessions you've completed, and celebrate milestones. The app also tracks your action completion rate and streak.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes, absolutely. All your personal data, sessions, and progress are securely encrypted and stored. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your personal information with third parties. Your privacy is our top priority.
Can I use Nudge if I'm already in therapy?
Yes! Nudge is designed to complement professional therapy, not replace it. Many users find it helpful for daily anxiety management between therapy sessions. However, always consult with your therapist before using any mental health apps.
What if I'm experiencing a mental health crisis?
Nudge is not designed for crisis intervention. If you're experiencing severe mental health issues or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services (911), the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), or your local crisis hotline immediately.
How much does Nudge cost?
Nudge offers a free trial so you can experience the full app. After the trial, we offer affordable subscription options. We believe mental health tools should be accessible, so we keep our pricing as low as possible while maintaining a high-quality experience.
I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?
First, try restarting the app or updating to the latest version. If you're still having issues, please contact us at hello@nudgeapp.com with details about the problem, your device model, and iOS version. We typically respond within 24 hours.
What is refund request assistance?
With your consent, we can share information about your app usage with Apple to help resolve refund requests. This includes data like how long you've used the app, your subscription usage patterns, total purchase amounts, and whether content was delivered properly. This information is only shared when you request a refund through Apple and helps ensure fair refund decisions. You can manage this consent in the app's Settings.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested directly through Apple. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID, and selecting the purchase you want to refund. If you've granted consent in our app, we can provide Apple with usage information to help with the refund decision.
